Life Amongst the Thorns - Biodiversity and Conservation in Madagascar's Spiny Forest. My husband and I wrote this 330-page coffee table book in partnership with WWF to help raise awareness of the Spiny Forest ecoregion. This spectacularly beautiful and important region is comparatively little-known, its unique flora and fauna increasingly at risk from human activities. It is lavishly illustrated with hundreds of images taken during my 9 years in southwestern Madagascar. Published by John Beaufoy Publishing in 2015.
